Dropped the car off this day with 142005 miles and I was given a loaner car for the weekend. Called Certified Transmission and spoke with Dave, I told him that my car was still not shifting correctly and was told to bring the car back in. Difficulty, shifting gears and getting past 25- 30 miles per hour. Break work was completed new pads and rotors (completed by a different mechanic) At this time the car was still not driving right. Took the car back again and was told that it was a break issue. Shortly after leaving, the car started to hesitate like the transmission was slipping again and the brakes started making a weird noise. They took the car back and told me they adjusted the transmission plate. Took car off because of the high-pitched noise and had shifting issues. Picked upped the vehicle and was driving down ************ and heard a high-pitched noise and had shifting issues. Agreed to $***** dollars in work to complete the transmission. He stated to you that 'Oh, if you weren't going to fix the car if you would consider selling the car? He stated that 'We Finance? The vehicle was already at the shop with 141,989 miles. I received no information about the diagnostic test.ΔΆ- Called Dave (Service Advisor) and advised him that I would go forward with fixing the car. Told Dave I would think about it and call him the next day. Dave (Service Advisor) called and told me that I needed a New Transmission and thinks he could find on for $****. Took the car in for the initial diagnostic test and paid Certified Transmission $***** to Make sure there where no other issues with the vehicle. Brought the car in due to shuttering and hesitation between 25 and 30 miles per hr.
